How to redeem

Online with WesternUnion.com

Visit WesternUnion.com.
Sign in with your profile credentials.
Select "My WU^SM Rewards" from the main menu.
Click on "Redeem Rewards".
Choose your reward.

Select Apply promo code on the Send money online page to redeem your My WU points.

Sign on with either your WU.com credentials or your My WU information.
Choose a reward you would like to redeem.
Click "Redeem now".

Download the Western Union app to your mobile phone.
Log in with your Western Union credentials.
Select "My WU" from the menu.
Tap "Redeem Points".

No smartphone? No problem. You can redeem your rewards via text⁴.

Instructions:

Send a text4 to 88232 with your My WU number and one of the following keywords:

BALANCE – To check your My WU points balance
2USD – $2 discount
4USD – $4 discount
8USD – $8 discount
12USD – $12 discount

Your transfer fee discount² will apply automatically to your next qualifying money transfer.

Redeem on the My WU Portal

Once you accrue $25 in your wallet, you will be eligible to withdraw cash back.
Click on "Withdraw cash back" button.
Specify the amount you want to withdraw.
Click "Withdraw".
Pick up your cash at a WU agent location.
